I am obsessed with creating bespoke, immersive, unique celebrations that are based on emotion blended seamlessly with design which translate fluently into the vision in your head.
A calming presence that will openly guide you throughout this process ensuring that you remain in control and make the right decisions along that way whilst putting the joy into planning your dream day.
With a focus on thoughtful design, we will create a day centred around key moments that you will feel your way through and experience with your loved ones, making core memories at every opportunity.
Born in Zimbabwe before relocating to the UK aged 12, I am an eldest daughter of five, Sagittarius with a mild (big… huge) obsession with glassware, tablescaping, salted popcorn and the Real Housewives franchises… judge me if you will, but my people understand!
So whether you’re at the start of your planning journey and need full guidance or you’re on the right path, but need an extra pair of hands closer to the big day, my inbox is open for us to start a conversation and see where it takes us…

You’ll then receive a tailored proposal based on our call within 24hours.
Once contracts are signed and deposit paid, we schedule in our first official planning call to iron out the details.
And that is when the fun begins!

In a nutshell:
Full plan means you get me from start to finish, helping you navigate the entire process from destination or venue finding through to escorting the last guest off the dancefloor.
Coordination means you will take the role of planner until you hand over to me a few weeks before the wedding, I will check over all details and ensure everything is in order, running the wedding day while allowing you to sit back and enjoy the lead up to the day.

From experience, budgets above £60,000 mean that we can work with the best suppliers and make decisions that personalise and enhance your celebration and guest experience.
For those with an eye for the little details, this minimum level of budget allows us to tailor those details to suit your vision. Expect to allocate approximately 10% of your wedding budget for a planner with a minimum fee starting from £7,500.

Stacey will remain your lead planner with the support of an incredible team of freelance wedding planners whom you will likely meet on the day itself. The size of the team is determined by the size and complexity of your wedding to ensure the smooth running of such an important day.
